What is SitePressor?
SitePressor is bPUBLIC’s website design package for local business owner’s. Social Web Presence combines the power of SitePressor and our Social Media Marketing Plan! Whereas SitePressor enables various integrations with social media, bPUBLIC’s Social Media package adds the following to SitePressor: (a) Facebook Page Customization; (b) Twitter Profile Customization; and (c) Social Network Profile Creation (20+).
What do you need from me?
As with most any website design project, we will need your cooperation in order to see your new website through to completion. All of our projects are managed via an online portal (Basecamp) where we will communicate our needs and you will communicate yours. This is a primary way that we are able to ensure that you are satisfied with our work. Typically, we will need for you to do the following: (a) provide any photographs that we wouldn’t have access to, such as photos of your store, staff, etc.; (b) any text or ad copy that better explains your business; (c) to sign-up for certain third party products/services that we would need to integrate your website with; (d) to provide us login access to certain third party services for the purpose of integration.
How long does it usually take to build my site?
The answer to this question depends on a couple of different factors. The first factor depends on how quickly you are able to provide us the information that we need in order to complete your site. The second factor, of course, depends on how many other clients we have ahead of you. That said, websites can be finished as quickly as 48 hours from the time your order is submitted, but can take as many as 30 days.
How is billing handled?
There is an up-front fee, as well as an on-going monthly hosting, maintenance, and licensing fee. The monthly fee is automatically debited beginning 30 days from the date which your upfront fee was processed.
Do you provide a domain for my business?
We do not provide your domain name. You would need to order a domain name via another company. We also recommend that you purchase a domain that includes your keyword(s), such as your city and your service. An example would be: city-yourservice.com; dallas-massage-therapist.com (hyphens aren’t necessary).
Can I host SitePressor on my own server?
At this point, the answer is no. Because of licensing requirements from various third party integrations, we must host your website on our servers. That said, our servers provide the utmost assurance and peace of mind, knowing that we keep your website backed-up twice daily, using two different off-site back-up locations.
